CARISS Customer Relationship Management

CARISS CRM package is based on the leading open source SugarCRM - an enterprise system available to you at a fraction of the cost of it's commercial counterparts. With the rise in popularity and maturity of open source technologies this software was created with the belief that fast, flexible and feature-rich products can be delivered to businesses of all sizes in a more economical fashion.

CRM handles all your customer data, manages customer accounts and helps you to maintain and keep track of marketing campaigns and your businesses day-to-day tasks.

CRM can be hosted on line, Software as a Service (SaaS), or on your own server at your site.

The CARISS CRM Contract Applies to:

1. All service work and development related to the CRM Database

2. Cover for all future work and development that CARISS undertakes during the period of the contract for the Client.

3. Remote Assistance including the Customer service help desk

   • Available, Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1700

   • If our support staff are not available our receptionist will ask the nature of the call and someone will call you back within an agreed time frame.

4. Remote monitoring including troubleshooting.

5. Pro Active checks.

6. Data import (1 hour)

7. Online hosting (if required)

8. Free OSS updates as required.

9. Consultancy, support and advice as and when required .
