IT Support Contract
At CARISS we work closely with our clients to agree on the optimum level of IT Support that is required to run your business efficiently.
Starting from just 1 hour per month our aim is to provide the client with:
- All service work and development related to General IT Maintenance.
- Consultancy, Support and Remote assistance.
- Available, Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1700.
- If our support staff are not available our receptionist will ask the nature of the call and someone will call you back within an agreed time frame.
- Disaster recovery advice.
- Monthly cost analysis (available on request).
