Overview
At CARISS we believe you the client should choose which level of support you need and when.
Our Small Business Support plan allows you to choose which area you need support in on a monthly basis from the following areas:
IT Support
- Including an initial basic audit
- Consultancy, support and remote assistance
- Available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Customer Database
- Including installation and configuration of a basic CRM database
- Online hosting and maintenance
- Basic training
- Consultancy, support and remote assistance
- Available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Website Support
- Including remote maintenance
- Submission of website to major search engines (if required)
- Basic training (if required)
- Website hosting for the initial year (if required)
- Consultancy, support and remote assistance
- Available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- Domain purchase or transfer can also be arranged for an additional cost
